This is a photo of my little sister and her cat, Yogi. My first photography assignment was to take photos that give a perspective of your life.
For the prints we had to provide for class, we needed to print with no filter, a number 3 filter and a number 1 filter. This particular photo has no filter.
Unfortunately, the scanner from school doesn't do justice to the shots.
The photographs for this assignment were made with Ilford HP+ 500 black and white film with a Nikon camera and a 50 mm lens. All the prints are done on pearl paper.
Yogi looks like he's in heaven and Tor looks all oddly serene in this one too. I am torn between the no filter on this one and #3. I think I like this one more because the sheets are defined a bit more than #3. The sheets were very white and in this one you can see the folds better.
That's interesting, becuase I think I like the print with the number three filter better. I like the really bright white and the really black black--I think it does the shot more justice...oh well.

Entonces, ¿Cuál es exactamente la diferencia entre arte y diseño?
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
