This is Yogi. I got down on the floor to get this shot of him. I love it, and so does my sister, so the original print of this is going to her.
The contrast is great, and even though it's very dark because of the couch. I still love this shot, though it isn't perfect.
Printed with a number 3 filter.
Unfortunately, the scanner from school doesn't do justice to the shots.
The photographs for this assignment were made with Ilford HP+ 500 black and white film with a Nikon camera and a 50 mm lens. All the prints are done on pearl paper.
I love Yogi. Doesn't he look so sweet in this shot? He's a sweetie. I love him. The expression on his face is so suited to him. I guess you wouldn't know since you never see him, but since he lives with us...that kind of dopey but attentive, I'm-staring-at-you-with-loveeeee expression is so..him.
